Welcome to OnsiteToOffer. These terms govern your use of the platform. By signing up or using any part of the service, you accept these terms in full.
OnsiteToOffer is a practice tool for technical and non-technical interviews. It pairs an AI voice interviewer with a bank of real-world questions across coding, system design, behavioral, and product categories. You can write and run code, sketch system design diagrams, track your performance over time, and participate in community discussions.
Every question on OnsiteToOffer comes from real people sharing their own interview experiences. These are personal recollections — not official materials from any employer. No company has provided, reviewed, or signed off on any content here.
To be clear: OnsiteToOffer operates independently. We have zero affiliation with OpenAI, Anthropic, xAI, Databricks, Perplexity, Stripe, Rippling, Netflix, Coinbase, Snowflake, Reddit, Uber, or any other employer listed on the site. Company names appear only because users reported interview experiences at those companies. Trademarks belong to their respective owners.
This is a study aid. Questions here may differ from what you actually encounter, and companies frequently change their processes. Treat everything as practice material, not a preview of your upcoming interview.
You need an account to use OnsiteToOffer. You can sign up with email and password or through Google/GitHub OAuth. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, let us know immediately.
Some features require purchasing tokens or subscribing to a plan. Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change at our discretion. Stripe handles all payment processing — we never see or store your card number or billing address.
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. After cancellation, you keep access through the remainder of your current billing cycle.
When you practice on OnsiteToOffer, you generate code, diagrams, conversation histories, and progress data. All of that is yours — stored for your benefit, never published or shared with anyone.
If you contribute content to the platform (forum posts, bug reports, question submissions), you confirm that your submission is your own, does not break any NDA or confidentiality obligation, and does not infringe on anyone else's intellectual property. We may edit or remove submissions if we believe they contain proprietary material or otherwise violate these terms.
You get a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable right to use OnsiteToOffer for your own interview prep. The platform's design, branding, original content, and compiled question database are protected by intellectual property law.
What you must not do:
We do not sell, trade, or hand over your personal information to third parties for their own use. The only external services that touch your data are the ones required to run the platform (authentication, payments, AI, hosting). More detail is in our Privacy Policy.
OnsiteToOffer is provided "as is." We make no promises about uptime, accuracy, or completeness.
This is a study tool, not a golden ticket. We cannot guarantee that practicing here will lead to offers, promotions, or any particular career outcome. Interview success depends on far more than any single prep resource.
To the extent the law allows, our liability for anything related to the Service is capped at whatever you paid us in the prior 12 months, or $100, whichever is more.
You can stop using OnsiteToOffer whenever you want. We can suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or abuse the platform. If your account is terminated, your access ends immediately.
OnsiteToOffer relies on Supabase for authentication and data storage, Stripe for payments, OpenAI for AI-powered interviews, and Vercel for hosting. Each of those has its own terms and policies that apply when their services are involved.
We may revise these terms as the product evolves. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the revised terms. If a change is significant, we'll make reasonable efforts to notify you.
These terms are governed by California state law and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
If anything here is unclear, use the feedback form in the footer of any page to get in touch.
By continuing to use OnsiteToOffer, you confirm that you've read these terms and agree to them.
